DriversBoost is a gaming and fictive platform that connects virtual truck drivers with virtual trucking companies that came from the game Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator made by SCS Software, or came from the MMO's (Massive Multiplayer Online) mod TruckersMP. We are not affiliated with SCS Software or TruckersMP in any way.

Art. 2 - Collection of personal information

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you fill any online forms on the Website. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Website's features. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us. For deletion of your account, as per of the Article 17 (CHAPTER III, Section 3) of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) related to the right to erasure, please refer to the Delete Account section.

  • TruckersMP ID from the TruckersMP API (if you have an account on TruckersMP)

  • Your Discord ID
  • Your Preferred Language
  • Your Profile Picture

When you use our services, we collect information described below:

  • Your DriversBoost ID
  • The role you are applying for
  • All the information you provide in the application form
  • All comments
  • The status of your application
  • The date of your application, the date of the last update.
  • The DriversBoost ID of the person in charge of the application
  • All changes made in the application

We store this information in our database to provide you with the best experience on our platform. We store these data for an indefinite period of time, unless you request the deletion of your account. All related data to the application will be anonymized and soft-deleted if you request the deletion of your account.

When you use our services, we collect information described below:

  • Your DriversBoost's ID (If you are connected)
  • Your Discord ID (facultative and if you have no possibilities or do not wishes to connect to DriversBoost)
  • Your email address
  • Your message
  • All comments
  • Your IP address
  • Your User-Agent
  • The status of your support request
  • The date of your support request, the date of the last update.
  • The DriversBoost ID of the person in charge of the support request
  • The rating of the support request:
    • Your DriversBoost ID
    • The rating you gave
    • The date of the rating

We store these data for an indefinite period of time, unless you request the deletion of your account. All related data to the support request will be anonymized and soft-deleted if you request the deletion of your account.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect information described below:

When you participate in a test, we collect information described below:

  • Your DriversBoost's ID
  • The ID of the recruitment application
  • Your answers to the questions
  • Your score for each questions
  • Your total score
  • The maximum score for each questions
  • The maximum total score
  • The time you took to answer for each questions
  • The time you took to answer for the whole test
  • The possible correct answers
  • The date of the test

We store this information in our database to provide you with the best experience on our platform. We store these data for an indefinite period of time, unless you request the deletion of your account. All related data to the test will be anonymized and soft-deleted if you request the deletion of your account.
